• Provide excellent customer service; welcome and guide customers through the store.
• Engage customers to promote and sell products using fashion knowledge.
• Maintain garment refill, care, presentation, and a clean sales floor and back of house.
• Collaborate with store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Promote the Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion; experience in customer service or retail helpful.
• Strong communication, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Sales-oriented with ability to discuss trends, stories, and products.
• Ability to follow procedures, meet sales targets, and participate in onboarding and training.
