• Provide excellent customer service; welcome and guide customers through the store and omni
• Engage with customers to offer information on fashion trends and products.
• Promote and sell products; support achieves sales targets with store team.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor and back of house; manage garment care and stock
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.

• Experience in sales or customer service in fashion, retail, or related industries.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-driven environment and actively contribute to store operations.
