📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store and omni
• Engage with customers to inform on fashion trends, stories and products
• Promote and sell products; support loyalty app Hello Member and sustainability initiatives
• Maintain garment care, presentation and a tidy sales floor and back of house
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas following best practices
• Assist with opening/closing store and stock replenishment as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about fashion with customer service experience in retail
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility and teamwork
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and meet sales targets
• Experience in fashion or service industries
• Willingness to learn and develop; attentive to fashion trends
