• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store to actively sell products
• Share fashion knowledge, inform customers about trends and products
• Maintain garment care, presentation, back of house cleanliness, and stockroom organization
• Engage customers to promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with opening/closing, stock replenishment, and omni-channel services where available
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions

• Passion for fashion and in-store customer experience
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, and teamwork
• Sales experience in fast-paced retail environments
• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or service industries
