Provide excellent customer service and guidance in-store, using omni experience where available
Engage with customers about fashion trends and product knowledge
Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets with store team
Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house; support garment care and presentation
Assist with opening/closing, stock replenishment, and in-store tech services/tools

Communicative, creative, flexible, and team-oriented
Sales experience in fashion/retail or similar service industry
Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
