📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Promote and sell products; engage in omni experience where available
• Share fashion knowledge, trends and stories with customers
• Support loyalty app (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor and assist with stock/replenishment
• Contribute to achieving sales targets with store management

• Sales experience in dynamic, team-based environments
• Experience in customer service in fashion/retail or related industries
