📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store using the omni experience
• Promote and sell products; engage customers with fashion knowledge and story telling.
• Support garment refill, care, and maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Contribute to stock presentation, displays, and following visual and commercial guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing store, fitting room/checkout operations, and stock replenishment.
• Represent the H&M brand positively and support loyalty programs and store initiatives.

• Sales experience in fashion/retail or service industry; good communication and adaptability.
