• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience
• Engage with customers to discuss fashion trends, stories and products
• Promote and sell products; support loyalty app Hello Member and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent H&M brand positively in all customer interactions
• Support with store operations to reach sales targets with store management
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back of house
