📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store.
• Operate with Omni-channel experience where available, promoting products and services.
• Share fashion knowledge to help customers with trends, stories and product information.
• Contribute to a clean, well-presented sales floor and back of house.
• Support achieving sales targets with store management and team.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility and team collaboration.
• Experience in sales or customer service; familiarity with fashion retail preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and promote products effectively.
• Retail operations know-how including garment care, stock replenishment and visual presentation.
• Willingness to participate in onboarding and training relevant for the role.
