• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Sell products using fashion and product knowledge
• Maintain garment care, presentation and a tidy sales floor/back of house
• Engage customers to promote loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support store team to reach sales targets
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices
