📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience
• Engage with customers, discuss fashion trends and products
• Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets with store team
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent H&M brand positively in all customer interactions
• Support with garment care, presentation, stock replenishment and store operations

• Strong communication, creativity, and customer service mindset
• Team player, collaborative, flexible and action-oriented
• Sales experience in fashion, retail or related service industries
