📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where
• Engage with customers about fashion trends, stories and products
• Promote and sell products to meet sales targets with store management
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Assist with store opening/closing and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back of house

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about fashion and customer service experience in fashion/retail
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated and flexible
• Experience working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and ability to upsell
• Sales experience in fashion, retail or service sectors
• Willingness to engage with customers and use product knowledge to inform purchases
