• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where
• Engage with customers to offer fashion knowledge and promote products.
• Support garment care, presentation, and keep the sales floor and back of house tidy.
• Work with store team to reach sales targets and support operations.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience in fashion, retail, or service industries.
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, and customer focus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to engage with customers and promote products and trends.
