• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store to actively sell products
• Maintain garment refill, care, and presentation; keep sales floor and back of house tidy
• Collaborate with store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Engage customers about fashion trends, stories, and products
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives
• Support with opening/closing and operational tasks to reach sales targets

• Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork
• Experience in sales or customer service in fashion or retail
