📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Promote products, share fashion trends and brand stories
• Support with loyalty app (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives
• Maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor and back of house
• Assist with stock, garment presentation and in-store tech services/tools
• Support opening and closing of the store and meet sales targets

• Passionate about fashion with strong customer service mindset
• Effective communication, creativity, curiosity and teamwork
• Experience selling in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Experience in fashion/retail or service industries
• Willingness to engage customers and operate in a fast-paced store
