Habilitative Program Administrator

📋 Description

• Create and oversee habilitative plans for adults with IDD in Supported Living in Vancouver
• Develop Functional Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) from observed data
• Develop Individual Support Plan Programs for caseload
• Train team members on plans and program implementation
• Review data via Therap and compile reports on behavior and progress
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and stay updated on state policy changes

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work or
• 2+ years experience with IDD populations
• Experience writing functional assessments and PBSPs
• Strong administrative and leadership skills; ability to train/mentor teams
• ABA experience strongly preferred

🎁 Benefits

• Starting pay: $30/hour; range $30-33.45/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
