• Lead the hackathon program architecture and guardrails across events.
• Design, plan, and execute large-scale, community-facing hackathons.
• Align with government stakeholders and industry partners to ensure producible outcomes.
• Balance technical strategy with participant energy and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on technical background; experience designing/building multi-technology software
• Hands-on experience with UDS or similar platform abstraction/deployment frameworks.
• Experience engaging with government/defense stakeholders; ability to translate technical concepts
• Comfort with presales or customer-facing roles blending technical credibility with value
• Understanding of software delivery and platform engineering practices for air-gapped environments
