Hardware Configuration Specialist

📋 Description

• Hardware setup, software loading, and firmware updates to ensure deployment-ready devices
• Maintain inventory accuracy and configuration quality standards
• QA checks to verify firmware/software accuracy before release
• Collaborate with shipping/deployment teams to meet order timelines
• Identify process improvements to reduce errors and lead times
• Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and checklists to deliver high-quality work

🎯 Requirements

• Proven knowledge of Android OS, POS hardware, and configuration processes
• Hands-on experience with EloView, Paxstore, ChefTab, and FreshKDS
• Strong organization, accuracy, and documentation skills
• Troubleshooting ability for basic configuration issues
• Understanding of warehouse inventory systems and data accuracy
• 2–3 years in customer success or related roles; fintech/SaaS experience preferred
