📋 Description

• Architecture & Design: Develop schematic solutions and PCB layouts for Ajax devices.
• Strategic Optimization: Cut costs and boost performance via component unification.
• Project Oversight: Lead hardware projects from concept to mass production.
• Cross-Functional Consultation: Advise firmware and supply chain to optimize interfaces.
• Prototype Lifecycle: Lead bring-up, debug issues, define testing protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Circuit Design: Expert circuit calculations and high-fidelity simulations.
• EDA Mastery: Proficiency in Altium Designer with libraries and 3D modeling.
• DfX: Design for LVD/EMC compliance and mass manufacturing.
• Power Management: Battery- and mains-powered (85–265 VAC) devices.
• Lifecycle Ownership: BOM, Gerber, drawings; Git version control.
• Communication: Fluent English for technical docs and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply Chain Leadership: Experience with vendors for high-volume production.
• High-Speed Design: SI/PI, S-parameters, PDN, TDR.
• System-Level Thinking: Write/review embedded software (C/C++, STM32).
• Regulatory Mentorship: Guide products through UL, CE, RED certifications.
