Hardware Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Own an assigned area of hardware COGS and inventory end to end.
• Forecasting, close, and business variance analysis for the assigned scope.
• Provide variance explanations, trend analysis, and forward-looking signals linking inventory, cash
• Partner with teams to establish financial data, systems, and dashboards for analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and governance with clear definitions and controls.
• Improve forecasting, reporting, and finance processes to scale with the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of consumer hardware or complex physical-product finance experience.
• Hands-on expertise across multiple domains, with ownership in at least two.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives with impact.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience building scalable processes, systems, or automated workflows.
• Ability to identify accounting, data, and control implications and engage the right owners.
