Address Avionics EEE part reliability issues and risk toward closure
Apply reliability physics, failure models, and accelerated tests to mitigate risks and qualify
Lead reliability test planning, methodology, and execution
Drive analysis processes for failures found during reliability testing
Build reliability models to evaluate performance over mission life

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, physics, or STEM
2+ years in hardware development, troubleshooting, or data analysis
1+ years of Python or SQL experience
