Hardware Reliability Specialist, Gateway (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Execute production non-conformance management processes
• Drive root cause, resolution, and preventative actions
• Analyze production defect data and drive corrective actions
• Develop process improvements and train production technicians
• Monitor FPY and yield for stable production
• Ensure smooth transition from development to high-volume production

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science OR 2+ years hands-on engineering/quality
• Hardware root cause investigation in manufacturing
• J-STD-001 Class 2, IPC-A-610 Class 2 experience
• Experience with automated production/test equipment
• Strong problem solving with minimal supervision
• Ability to deliver high-quality hardware in fast-paced NPI
