Operate FA and reliability test equipment for root-cause investigations
Document test results and data per procedures
Communicate test issues with engineers and specialists
Support day-to-day lab ops for Starlink microelectronics products
Assess, troubleshoot and maintain test equipment (thermal chambers, HAST, cycling)
Perform sample prep, soldering, PCBA rework, cross-sectioning as needed

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in production, manufacturing, or technical lab
2+ years microelectronics quality, reliability, or failure analysis
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering field
Experience with soldering and PCBA rework practices
Familiar with JEDEC, IPC, or AEC-Q200 standards and environmental testing
ISO 9001 quality management experience; able to work in fast-paced lab
