Hardware Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement test procedures, fixtures, and software for PCBs and systems.
• Create manual and automated test setups using lab and production-grade equipment.
• Develop and maintain test scripts to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Interface with electrical, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for validation.
• Support prototype bring-up and debug; assist with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with hardware design teams to ensure testability and DFT.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
• 2+ years in hardware testing or design validation
• Lab experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs
• Team/independent work; CAD tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle)
• Troubleshoot hardware issues; document corrective actions
• Scripting or programming in Python, MATLAB, Bash, or C/C++
