📋 Description

• Lead evolution of HR technology ecosystems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, people tech)
• Develop and execute a Human Capital tech roadmap aligned with business needs
• Drive system improvements, integrations, upgrades, testing, and optimization
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Payroll, and stakeholders for seamless employee experiences
• Automate HR processes using AI, intelligent automation, and digital workflows
• Design systems to improve efficiency, reporting, and workforce decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR technology, HRIS, payroll, or enterprise systems
• Proven track record in system optimization, integrations, and digital transformation
• Strong understanding of HRIS, ATS, payroll platforms and related solutions
• Experience managing payroll tech, remuneration processes, governance
• Experience implementing AI solutions, automation, or workflow transformation
• Technical knowledge of API integrations, workflow automation, digital process improvement tools
