🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in relevant fields
• 10–15+ years’ experience, 5+ in senior leadership
• Experience leading 50+ employees in MNCs
• Background in environmental testing or related fields
• Strong P&L and global-matrix operations knowledge
• Vietnamese native with fluent English
