📋 Description

• Ensure artists' safety and manage Human Performance risk.
• Lead the coaching team and oversee acrobatic performances.
• Plan daily training and drive performance improvements.
• Partner with Performance Medicine for injury risk reduction.
• Enforce Coaching Handbook standards and code of conduct.
• Monitor artist progress and coordinate with management.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in physical activity sciences or equivalent (Level 3 cert).
• 6+ years in group management and long-term training planning.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another language asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a swim test.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
