🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in fraud, risk strategy, trust & safety or related domain
• Experience leading and developing teams or managers
• Proven ownership of substantial business outcomes and risk domains
• Ability to define 1–2 year strategies and make high-stakes decisions
• Strong commercial judgement and cross-functional influence
• Experience translating problems into scalable product or operational solutions
