Head, Group FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead global accounting operations and group reporting
• Oversee holding-level consolidation and group audits
• Ensure IFRS compliance across jurisdictions
• Coordinate month-end close for holding entity and subsidiaries
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, reconciliations
• Develop global cost allocation methodologies
• Implement and monitor internal controls
• Collaborate on process improvements for new entities
• Manage auditors and external audits for group

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA required
• 10+ years in accounting; 3+ years leadership in multi-country setup
• IFRS, consolidations, intercompany eliminations expertise
• Big 4 background preferred (audit/advisory)
• Strong multi-currency consolidation experience
• Track record delivering in fast-paced environments
