🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in marketing and customer acquisition; 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience in Consumer Lending or related lending products and acquisition funnels.
• Experience across affiliate marketplaces, paid digital, lead generation, direct mail, and email; strong attribution and martech.
• Deep understanding of lending economics and what drives performance.
• Data-driven, rigorous, and comfortable with ambiguity; test-and-learn mindset.
• Builder of high-performing teams, recruiting, developing, and leveraging AI agents.
