Proven programme you have scaled with measurable results.
Experience hiring, developing managers and building a performing team.
Strong commercial instincts: rate cards, commissions, partnerships.
Data-driven: pull signals from big datasets and make calls with thin data.
Regulated-category experience and knowledge of health advertising rules is a plus.
