Head of Agent Architecture

📋 Description

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture across multi-agent workflows, task
• Establish architectural standards and determine reusable platform capabilities vs bespoke client
• Design and maintain reusable agents, prompt libraries, orchestration patterns, and frameworks for
• Lead benchmarking, experimentation, and evaluation to improve reliability and performance.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a small team of Agent Architects; set technical bar and support growth.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Product, Sales, and clients to choose prompting, RAG, fine-tuning

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years with Generative AI; deep fluency in LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and multimodal models for
• 2+ years of people management or leading a technical function with stakeholder responsibility.
• Strong systems-thinking: context windows, agent interactions, state management, and tool use.
• Strong technical literacy: Python, JSON, APIs; experience with agent orchestration patterns.
• Experience creating/evaluating AI measurement frameworks (e.g., benchmarking, A/B testing).
• Proven strategic leadership; ability to align technical direction with senior leadership and client
