📋 Description

• Define technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture.
• Set architectural standards for reusable platform capabilities.
• Design reusable agents, prompt libraries, and orchestration patterns.
• Lead benchmarking and evaluation for system reliability.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a small Agent Architecture team.
• Collaborate with AI Eng, Product, Sales, and client leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years with Generative AI and LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• 2+ years managing people or leading a technical function.
• Strong systems thinking: context windows, task decomposition, state mgmt.
• Proficient with Python, JSON, APIs; agent orchestration experience.
• Experience with evaluation/benchmarking frameworks for AI systems.
• Strategic leadership; able to gain senior buy-in and drive delivery.
