📋 Description

• Define technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture
• Establish standards and reusable platform capabilities
• Design reusable agents, prompt libraries, and orchestration patterns
• Lead benchmarking and evaluation to improve reliability
• Hire and mentor a small team of Agent Architects
• Collaborate with AI Eng, Product, Sales, and client leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years with Generative AI and LLMs (GPT/Claude/Gemini)
• 2+ years people management or leading a technical function
• Systems thinking: context windows, task decomposition, state management
• Strong Python, JSON, APIs; agent orchestration experience
• Experience with evaluation/benchmarking frameworks for AI systems
• Strategic leadership and stakeholder management
