Head of Agent Architecture

📋 Description

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture, covering multi-agent workflows
• Establish architectural standards and decide reusable platform capabilities vs bespoke client
• Design and maintain reusable agents, prompt libraries, orchestration patterns, and frameworks for
• Lead evaluation and optimization of agent performance with benchmarking and experimentation to
• Hire, mentor, and manage a small team of Agent Architects.
• Partner with AI Engineering, Product, Sales, and client leadership to determine problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Generative AI experience with fluency in LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and multimodal
• 2+ years managing people or leading a technical function with stakeholder responsibility.
• Strong systems-thinking: context windows, agent interactions, task decomposition, state management
• Strong technical literacy: Python, JSON, APIs; experience with agent orchestration patterns.
• Experience creating or operating evaluation/benchmarking/A/B testing frameworks for AI systems.
• Proven strategic leadership to set technical direction and drive delivery with senior leadership
