📋 Description

• Define technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture across multi-agent workflows.
• Lead reusable agents, prompt libraries, and orchestration patterns for thousands of brands.
• Drive performance benchmarking and reliability improvements.
• Hire and mentor a small team of Agent Architects.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Product, Sales, and client leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years with Generative AI and large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• 2+ years managing people or leading a technical function.
• Systems-thinking: context windows, task decomposition, state management, tool use.
• Technical literacy: Python, JSON, APIs; agent orchestration.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks, A/B testing, measurement of AI behavior.
• Strategic leadership and client-facing discovery experience.
