Head of Agent Architecture

📋 Description

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture, covering multi-agent workflows
• Establish architectural standards and decide reusable platform capabilities vs bespoke client
• Design and maintain reusable agents, prompt libraries, orchestration patterns, and frameworks for
• Lead benchmarking, experimentation, and evaluation to improve reliability and quality.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a small team of Agent Architects and support their development.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Product, Sales, and client leadership to choose prompting, RAG

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Generative AI experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and multimodal models.
• 2+ years leading people or a technical function with stakeholder accountability.
• Strong systems-thinking: context windows, agent interactions, state management, tool use, and
• Strong technical literacy with Python, JSON, APIs; experience with agent orchestration patterns is
• Experience creating/evaluating AI measurement frameworks (A/B testing, benchmarking).
• Proven strategic leadership and ability to gain senior buy-in.
