📋 Description

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture.
• Establish standards for reusable platform capabilities vs bespoke client solutions.
• Design reusable agents, prompt libraries, and orchestration patterns.
• Lead evaluation and benchmarking to improve reliability.
• Hire and mentor a small team of Agent Architects.
• Collaborate with AI Eng, Product, Sales, and client leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Generative AI with LLMs like GPT/Claude/Gemini.
• 2+ years people mgmt or leading a technical function.
• Systems-thinking: context windows, task decomposition, state mgmt, tool use.
• Strong Python, JSON, APIs; agent orchestration knowledge.
• Experience with evaluation/benchmarking and AI measurement.
• Strategic leadership with stakeholder buy-in ability.
