📋 Description

• Set vision and strategy with firm leadership. Identify high-leverage AI opportunities and translate
• Own the roadmap and results. Build and maintain AI product roadmaps, track progress, and define
• Build platform foundations. Develop shared data layer and infrastructure for AI across Primary.
• Go deep on AI. Stay fluent in LLMs, agents, context/retrieval, evals, and model landscape
• Turn workflows into products. Understand investor/operational workflows and ship adoption-ready
• Enable others to build. Create tools and standards for others to build on shared foundations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years building meaningful technical products or systems.
• Deep fluency with LLMs, agents, context/retrieval layers, evals, and the model landscape.
• Track record turning ambiguous opportunities into adopted products with measurable value.
• Strong product judgment and technical depth; ability to prototype, build, buy, or stop.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability for results.
• Experience navigating complex organizations with senior stakeholders and building alignment without
