📋 Description

• Define and drive the strategy for SIXT's AI-powered HR transformation
• Lead a team of AI HR specialists, including HRIS AI Architects and Vibecoders
• Interface between C-Level and the People Systems, Data & AI team; translate priorities into
• Champion AI-first methodologies across HR technology and leverage Vibecoding/LLMs
• Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, IT, Legal, and senior leadership
• Monitor industry trends and evolve SIXT's HR tech strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience at HR-technology intersection with large-scale HR system
• Strategic background with ability to define long-term tech strategies, ideally with AI
• Fluent in AI landscape—from large language models and Vibecoding to modern HRIS ecosystems
• Deep domain knowledge in HR processes, people data, and workforce management
• Inspiring, hands-on leader who builds high-performing teams and drives innovation
• Excellent communication to translate AI/technical concepts for C-Level audiences
