• You lead SIXT's AI-powered HR transformation, owning the vision for a fully AI-built HR technology
• You manage a team of AI HR specialists (HRIS AI Architects and Vibecoders) and ensure strategic
• Act as the primary interface between C-Level leadership and the People Systems, Data & AI team
• Champion AI-first methodologies across HR tech, setting standards for Vibecoding and large language
• Oversee stakeholder relationships across HR, IT, Legal, and senior leadership to deliver the AI
• Monitor AI trends to evolve SIXT's HR tech strategy and maintain a competitive edge in global

• Extensive leadership experience at the intersection of HR and technology with large-scale HR system
• Strategic background with ability to define and execute long-term technology strategies, ideally
• Fluent in the AI tech landscape—from large language models to Vibecoding platforms and modern HRIS
• Deep domain knowledge in HR processes, people data, and workforce management.
• Inspiring, hands-on leadership that builds high-performing teams and fosters innovation.
• Strong communication skills at C-Level, translating AI concepts into business narratives.
