📋 Description

• Define and drive company-wide AI strategy across products, engineering, operations.
• Develop AI adoption roadmap; select technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Integrate AI into software development, data analytics, QA, docs, and support workflows.
• Build internal platforms/tools enabling teams to leverage AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to identify AI use cases.
• Lead internal AI initiatives: experiments, PoCs, and rapid tool evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in tech, software/platform/data/AI roles.
• Proven experience implementing new technologies and transformations.
• Hands-on with modern AI tech, including LLM-based tools.
• Strong AI solution architecture and integration into dev workflows.
• Experience leading engineering process improvements.
• English - upper-intermediate or higher for technical discussions.
• Experience with AI coding assistants or developer productivity tools.
• Experience with AI agents or agent-based systems.
