Head of Applications

📋 Description

• Define strategy and roadmap for the application layer, identify priority users, workflows, markets
• Conduct customer discovery, rapid prototyping, and market testing for focused opportunities.
• Build AI-native applications for non-technical users with intuitive experiences.
• Own application outcomes end to end: activation, engagement, retention, monetization, value, and
• Establish evaluation frameworks, success criteria, reliability thresholds, and launch guardrails.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a lean team and partner with cross-functional teams to scale products.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management/leadership, growth, or related roles in early- to mid-stage
• Proven track record turning products into meaningful adoption and owning outcomes post-launch.
• Strong product judgment; ability to simplify complex tech into great user experiences; prioritize
• Technical fluency; can work with engineers on architecture, model behavior, evaluation, latency
• Experience in AI-native product development, including evaluation design, trust, privacy, and cost
• Growth-focused product leadership; experience improving activation, engagement, retention
