🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in business development or ecosystem growth in blockchain, fintech, or capital markets.
Deep knowledge in two areas: Layer 1 or 2 chains, DeFi protocols, RWA tokenization, or institutional asset management.
Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex technical integrations and managing high-level stakeholders.
A self-starter capable of designing go-to-market strategies and incentive programs in a fast-paced, global environment.
