🎯 Requirements

Proven BD or ecosystem growth experience in blockchain/fintech.
Deep knowledge of two areas among Layer1/Layer2, DeFi, RWA tokenization, or institutional asset management.
Proven success negotiating and closing complex technical integrations with senior stakeholders.
Self-starter who can design go-to-market strategies and incentive programs globally.
