Own the full partner lifecycle—from outreach to post-launch support.
Be the voice of the partner, translating trends and feedback into product features.

🎯 Requirements

Proven BD or ecosystem growth experience in blockchain, fintech, or capital markets.
Deep knowledge in at least two of Layer1/2, DeFi, RWA tokenization, or institutional asset management.
Proven success negotiating/closing complex tech integrations and managing stakeholders.
Self-starter capable of designing GTM strategies and incentive programs globally.
