📋 Description

• Lead BI end-to-end: team, roadmap, quality bar
• Own data models and semantic layer across the business
• Institute metadata as a product with AI- and human-readable descriptions
• Provide a consistent, trusted metric foundation across teams
• Prioritize asks from stakeholders and manage evolving priorities
• Grow and mentor the BI team; balance depth with speed

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data modeling, analytics engineering, or BI
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Expert-level SQL; fluency with AI coding tools
• Ability to review dbt work and data modeling concepts
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and semantic layers
• Stakeholder management and prioritization skills
