🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy, operations, management consulting, or business transformation
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or high-growth industries
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional transformations
• Strong financial acumen; ROI/cost-benefit analysis experience
• Experience designing/scaling operating models, KPIs, SLAs
• Skilled in program/project management; ability to manage multiple workstreams
