📋 Description

• Own 20–30 active client accounts and act as primary contact.
• Lead client check-ins, reviews, and escalation handling.
• Monitor cold email performance and deliverability.
• Build and optimize outbound campaigns with data.
• Write and improve cold email copy and sequences.
• Develop scalable delivery systems and QA processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in client operations or related leadership in startup.
• Hands-on cold email and outbound campaigns experience.
• Deep knowledge of deliverability, messaging, and lead gen.
• Proven ability to write and improve cold email copy.
• Experience managing 20+ client accounts.
• Understanding of APIs, automations, integrations, data workflows.
