📋 Description

• Lead and scale Medsien's Clinical Operations and Care Partner operations.
• Develop Operations Managers and drive accountability across teams.
• Create scalable processes, staffing models, workflows, and systems.
• Own key metrics: quality, productivity, capacity, staffing, performance.
• Improve clinical quality and operational consistency as we grow.
• Collaborate with Product and other teams to automate and optimize workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery.
• Senior leadership experience managing managers and large teams.
• Experience building/scaling healthcare operations, teams, processes.
• Strong track record in productivity, quality, staffing, capacity, performance management.
• Experience developing strong managers and high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic, executive communication skills.
